Glenn Branca seeks 80 guitarists and 20 bass players to perform his Symphony #13, Hallucination City. The concert will be held in Seattle, WA on May 16th as part of Party-in-the-Park: a fundraising event in celebration of the Seattle Art Museum’s 75th birthday. The event will host 700 guests and showcase other musicians and artists, but it will feature the Branca +100 performance.
All guitarists will be accepted as volunteers ONLY . This means YOU WILL NOT BE PAID . However, food and drink will be provided during all rehearsals & at the performance. Rehearsals for the show will be held from 11AM to 9PM on May 14th & 15th, and a sound check will take place prior to the Olympic Sculpture Park performance.
